  • Application Data: jobs viewed/applied to, saved jobs, messages and communications sent through the platform.
  • Usage & Device: IP address, device/OS/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies/Tracking: cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, personalization, and analytics.
  • Location: approximate location derived from IP or (with your consent) device settings.
  • Third-Party Sources: job listings and data from job boards/partners; data from connected accounts (e.g., Google/LinkedIn) per your permissions.
  • Payments (if applicable): billing details processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

We use AI/ML to extract details from your resume, suggest profile fields, rank or recommend jobs, and pre-fill applications. Our models may use your usage signals (e.g., clicks, saves, applies) to improve recommendations. You may edit or remove AI-generated content before submitting applications. We do not use your private messages for advertising profiling.

4. How We Share Information

  • Employers/Recruiters: When you apply or opt to share, we disclose your profile, resume, and relevant application data.
  • Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, communications, payment processing, and support vendors bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, protect rights/safety, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as permitted by law.
  • With Your Consent: When you direct us to share or integrate with third-party tools.
